The Effectiveness of God-oriented Spiritual Therapy and Non-Spiritual Therapies on Stress Management Crisis prevalence of CRONA Virus and Preliminary Design of spiritual model of crisis intervention

The outbreak of the coronavirus has caused worldwide panic and psychological damages. The psychological problems caused by this prevalence have led to the formation of numerous protocols for psychological assistance to individuals. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of spiritual and non-spiritual interventions in stress management due to the prevalence of coronavirus in Tehran clients referring to psychological clinics. The structured questionnaire was provided to three groups via the Internet to assess the effects of stress caused by corona prevalence, and 60 of the 120 completed questionnaires were analyzed until the results were analyzed. The findings showed that those who underwent psychological therapy were better able to control their stress than those who did not. Comparisons between spiritual therapy and other psychological therapies also show that God-Oriented Spiritual Therapy (GOST) has been able to help people in many different ways, and in many ways has been significantly more effective than non-spiritual therapies. These findings formed the basis of a protocol for coping with stress caused by coronavirus. therefore, based on responses of GOST group, short-term program was developed based on the God-oriented spiritually multi-dimensional therapy protocol to control the stress of the affected people.
